Looking for activities in Parker
Help! We are new to the area and are having a terrible
time finding sports activities for our 3 year old. I
am looking for info on summer activities like t-ball
or soccer in the Parker area. Also, gymnastics

"The Indulgers," a fabulous Celtic Rock band
Just to let you all know, "The Indulgers," a fabulous Celtic Rock band is going to play the "Concert in the Park" series (August 20) in Parker. The entire series runs from August 6 - 27, Sundays at 1 pm, and Parker Water and Sanitation provides free ice cream :)

Triathlon Training Class - Parker Recreation Center
Triathlon Training Class
Do you want to learn, train and compete in the sport of triathlon? For
the “never done one” to “beginner” to “experienced triathlete,” you will
learn the basics and training techniques that will help you excel. Each
participant will benefit from 16 group sessions, which will focus on
improving your confidence and form in swimming, cycling and running. In
addition, special attention will be paid to stretching and flexibility.
Myron Zoglmann, a 10-year USA Triathlon Certified Coach, five-time Ironman
Triathlon participant and Director of the Parker Fall Frenzy Triathlon,
has the knowledge and experience to coach and instruct you to your goals.
This session will run May 13 through June 17 on Mondays from 7:10 to 8:30
p.m. in the Recreation Center cycling room and Saturdays from 1-2:30 p.m.
at the Parker Recreation Center Pool. The run schedule is still to be
determined.
The cost of this class is $100 per person and includes admission into
Recreation Center on the day of the class. To register for this class,
please visit the front desk at the Recreation Center or call 303.841.4500.

We have a wide variety of vendors including local artisans and crafters, distributors of products such as Pampered Chef, Discovery Toys, Arbonne Beauty. We also have Biggins BBQ, Kool Kafe Hot Dogs and Burritos, etc., for your sampling pleasure! Up to 70 vendors will be there. It is in it's 4th year with an expected attendance of 500+. Free parking will be in the rear of the center entering from Pikes Peak Court.

2006/07 Restaurant Reviews for Parker Colorado
I visited the new Sports Bar in Parker, located in the Parker Station building on Mainstreet.. replacing the Parker Station restaurant, and the short lived Potters there as an anchor restaurant. I found the food great, service quick and friendly, love the new atmosphere and the fact that it's a non-smoking establishment. They are going to start having some entertainment according to the bar tenders, so I hope this place makes it.
