Bluegrass Band to Close-out Concerts in the Park Series Sunday, Aug. 26

Kantankerous delivers its own brand of classic bluegrass and
good-timin' mountain music with a repertoire stretching from Bill Monroe to Oh
Brother, Where Art Thou. The group features close vocal harmonies and
cookin' instrumental solos that spotlight traditional fiddle tunes and
hard driving banjo breakdowns, mixed with heartfelt ballads and glorious
gospel arrangements.

Featuring Eric Grace on mandolin and vocals, Marte Meyer on banjo and
vocals, Warren Roberts on guitar and vocals, Joel Denman on fiddle and
vocals, and Kenny Pabst on bass and vocals, their lively show is sure to
leave listeners with toes tappin'! Kantankerous will be appearing at a
free show on Sunday, Aug. 26 as part of the Parker Cultural
Commission's Concerts in the Park series held at the O'Brien Park Gazebo from 1-3
p.m. Once again, free ice cream will be provided by the Parker
Sanitation and Water District.

Concerts in the Park are brought to you by the Parker Cultural
Commission and the SCFD. For more information visit www.parkerpresents.org or
contact Kelly Kuper at 303.805.3263.
