QUESTION? Ideas? Comments about Parker? Ask HERE!

Is there an ordinance against allowing a basement sump pump discharge from running across the sidewalk and into the street gutter of a Parker, CO, residential neighborhood. The discharge is significnat, and the result has left the sidewalk and gutter slimy green and constantly wet (or icy). Thanks.

    Have you spoken to the homeowner? They may not have noticed that it's them that is causing the problem if they are like alot of people who just pull into their garage and don't walk along the sidewalk. If that doesn't work I would suggest contacting the HOA.
